Get in Touch

Questions about a preset pack, an order, or installing a download. Here is the fastest way to actually get an answer.

Before You Reach Out

If your question is about installing or applying a preset, check the User Guide PDF that came with your download first. It covers Lightroom Classic, Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop Camera Raw step by step, including the two most common install issues. Most install questions are answered there faster than waiting on a reply.

What to Expect

I run this business on my own, so replies go out in a few fixed windows during the day rather than instantly. You will hear back, usually within one business day. Weekends can run a little slower.

Heads up: all preset packs are digital downloads, so they are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased. If something is genuinely broken on your end (a bad download link, a corrupted file), tell me and I will sort it out directly.
